ULTRA PREMIUM MILK VODKA.

Our vodka starts its journey in the fields of Somerset, local farmers and their herds of cows produce the much needed milk for our local family run cheese company ‘Wyke Farms’.

Wyke Farms use their Grandmother’s 150 year old recipe to make their award winning cheddar. From the process of making cheese we use the by-product called whey.


The Whey is fermented using a ‘secret’ process which is then triple distilled in our 500 litre Copper still called ‘Elaine Elizabeth’ to produce our unique but incredibly smooth creamy vodka.

To finish the process we dilute the high strength spirit with spring water from Glastonbury, home of the spiritual ‘Chalice Well’ to give it a little local magic.

Hand bottled and hand labelled to give every bottle our personal touch.
